Weekly Meal Prep Services:

The fee for my services includes the following:

• An initial consultation to discuss your wants, needs, and likes

• Menu creation and revision

• Weekly check-in on the following weeks’ meals via email

• Shopping for groceries

• Meal preparation in your home (the smell of cooked food is complimentary)

• Storage and color coded labeling of all meals with reheating instructions

• Rating sheet attached to reheating instructions allowing communication on preferred meals for future cooks

• Clean up

• General liability insurance

I charge separately for my time, the groceries, and storage cost.  This allows you to choose what “quality” of food you want and what fits in your budget.  Organic lobster costs more than conventional salmon.  You are only charged for meat, sides, dairy, and vegetables used to prepare your menu. Pantry items such as: oils, spices, condiments, salt, etc. are included in my service fee.  I will provide a copy of the grocery receipt with my invoice. Send me a message for more details.

There is an additional charge for storage containers. I recommend 1790 glass food storage containers. In addition to being the “greenest” option, these containers keep food fresh and can go directly from fridge to oven or microwave.  I will purchase the proper number and sizes for your family and plan, and the cost will be added to your first service.  This cost is usually less than $80.

Private Party Services:
